Free card:

Definition lead: An order of an Ortel Mobile Free card is referred to as a lead.

Definition sale: A sale is completed if the Ortel Mobile Free card is topped up with at least 10€.

Ortel Mobile SIM card:

Definition lead: No lead payment

Definition sale: The first use of a SIM card (e.g. top up credit, first call) is referred to as a sale.

Confirmation:

Cancellation:
